8path maintains Information for subscribing Communities and Members Contact and Personal Particular and other information that is used only for its own internal purposes. These information are volunteered by you to facilitate communication and support by 8path to you and members of your communities. This information include:

Contact
Information: We use a Community and its Members' names, addresses and other
information to send the Community and its Members information about our
company, Premium Services and other Value-added Services, and to contact the
subscribing Community and its Members when necessary.

Unique
Identifiers: We collect unique identifiers (such as login user ID's and
passwords) to verify the subscribing Community's and its Members' identity and
for use as account numbers in our record system.

Cookies:
In order to offer our Communities and Members our customizable and personalized
service and to better respond to any problems subscribing Communities and
Members may experience, 8path uses "cookies". A cookie is a small
amount of data that is sent to a Member's browser from a web server and stored
on the computer's hard drive for record-keeping purposes. We use a cookie to
record Members' identity only during the time that the Member's browser is
open. We do not store any other information in the cookie, and it disappears
after the Member logs off or closes its browser. If a Member's browser does not
accept cookies, the Member cannot use the Services.
8path does not sell or rent a subscribing Community's or Member's contact and personal information to anyone. 8path will not disclose any of its subscribing Communities’ or Members’ account information except when we have their permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.
8path will not release a subscribing Community's or Member's name, contact information or other personal information to any other party except among the members of the subscribing community. In addition, individual member can explicit permit which are the contact and personal information he or she wishes to disclose to a particular subscribing community which he or she is a member of.. Other than contact information, a member may selectively disclose some other personal information, such as Job Title, Date of Birth, Religion, Hobbies, etc selectively to different communities.
8path will not access the information stored within the subscribing Community except at the request from their Members to retrieve information regarding the Community or information about other members of the Community, such as contact points. Such retrieval of information, authorised and on-behalf of the member will be also limited to those information that the particular member is allowed to access.
8path may introduce additional value-added services, products discounts or information from other Business Partners that will benefit our subscribing Communities and their Members. Such an offer may require the disclosure of Communities’ or Members’ account and contact information to a particular business partner. This will be specifically described to them prior to data collection or prior to transferring the data, and also subject to their permission. Information that a subscribing Community or Member chooses to transmit or allow to be transferred to another party will be subject to the privacy policies of that party. It is not covered in this privacy policy and 8path has no responsibility or liability for such independent policies.
Subscribing Communities and Members may elect to declare some of their contact and personal information as "OPEN". This gives 8path permission to identify and match with information requested by promotion and connection opportunities. If identifiable data about subscribing Communities or Members will be shared, we will notify them prior to the transfer.
