Helps on Login or re-set of Password

Before you proceed to ask for help, we would like to advice that you pay attention to the system prompt on the problem you encountered during login. The password you have typed in may be correct but you just have forgotten to check that the "Caps Lock" key should not be locked.

User Login Password are encrypted in our system to protect your privacy. System can only re-issue a new password for user under user's request. After you have login with your re-issued password, we recommend that you use the Change Password function to change the re-issued Password to your own preference.
The following are two ways which we could re-issue a new password for you:

Re-issue new Password to user

If you already have saved your email ID in 8path database, please type in your login User ID and the full email address of which you like the new password to be sent. Upon matching the email address entered with our database record, we will re-issue a new Password and send that to your email address.

Alternatively, you could also ask for the help of your community manager to send 8path request for changing your Password.
